Terms of Service

1. Who we are

TaxiReitti is an online exam-preparation service operated from Helsinki, Finland. Contact: taxireitti@gmail.com.

2. What TaxiReitti is

TaxiReitti provides study materials for the Finnish taxi driver exam: practice questions, mock exams, vocabulary tools, and AI-assisted explanations in Finnish and English.

TaxiReitti is not affiliated with Traficom or any Finnish authority. Our materials are study aids based on publicly available legislation and exam information. Passing our mock exams does not guarantee passing the official Traficom exam, and we make no promise about your exam result.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password secure.
• Your account is personal. Do not share your login credentials with others.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use TaxiReitti.

4. Free trial

New users receive a 1-day free trial with no credit card required. The trial has limits: learning modules are locked, exams are limited to 10 questions, and Level 3 quizzes are blocked. Full access requires a paid plan.

5. Paid plans and payments

• Starter — €39.00 for 3 days of access
• Pro — €99.00 for 7 days of access
• Unlimited — €185.00 for 30 days of access

All prices include VAT. Plans are one-time payments for the stated access period — there is no automatic renewal and we will never charge you again without a new purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your access begins immediately after payment is confirmed.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because TaxiReitti is digital content delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the content has been made available to you.

7. Refunds

If a technical fault on our side prevents you from using the service you paid for, contact us at taxireitti@gmail.com and we will put it right or refund the affected period. Refund requests are assessed case by case.

8. Fair and acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell our question bank or other content;
• Share, rent, or sell access to your account;
• Attempt to bypass access controls, or disrupt the service or other users;
• Use AI features to generate unlawful or abusive content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund of any remaining access period.

9. Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, designs, and other content on TaxiReitti are our property or used under licence. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own exam preparation — nothing more.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep TaxiReitti available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update content, features, or prices; existing paid access periods are never shortened by such changes.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the access period in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for the outcome of your official exam.

12. Ending your account

You can stop using TaxiReitti at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing us. Paid access periods that have already started are not refunded except as described in section 7.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on the site, and continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
